Trulieve in Florida is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production activities in our Manufacturing Operations team. You will ensure safe, compliant operation of equipment and processes while guiding a shift team toward meeting production goals and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, hands-on experience with GMP/CGMP, Lean tools, and SAP Production, plus strong coaching and communication skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of safety, GMP/CGMP standards.
• Experience with Lean tools (5S, Standard Work).
• Ability to supervise and develop staff; SAP Production experience.
• Effective communication and training delivery.
