Trulieve is seeking a Flower Team Lead for our Midway, FL site to oversee the Flower Processing team and ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor to drive performance and foster a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and solid Excel usage. A positive leadership attitude and adherence to CGMP standards are essential for success in this

Competenze

• 2–5 years work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• The ability to direct and drive personnel towards maximum performance is required.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Degree in Management or Business a plus.
