Job summary

Trulieve in Midway, FL seeks a Flower Processing Team Lead to inspire a high-performing team and oversee daily operations in the Production department.

You will work closely with the Department Supervisor to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, set goals, coach staff, and monitor metrics. This role requires 2–5 years of team leadership, strong Excel skills, and a focus on GMP/compliance with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of team leadership or supervision experience.
• Ability to direct and drive personnel toward maximum performance.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics.
• Proficient PC skills, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Decision-making capability.
• Degree in Management or Business is a plus.
