Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high-volume team, drive daily continuous improvements and ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals are met.

You will develop the JDS and skills matrix, conduct performance evaluations, support the Electrolux Management System, and lead line balancing, time studies and problem solving while coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.

• Ensures effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.

• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

This position will be based in Springfield, TN.

All about the role:

The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to an assigned team. The Supervisor focuses on daily continuous improvements and team processes, to deliver team key performance Indicators and drive employee engagement and development. The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide leadership to team to ensure that all Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Delivery goals are achieved and help to engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
