Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of proven supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise personnel activities focusing on safety and quality.
• Communicate information between departments regarding production issues.
• Manage machinery set-up, adjustment, and inspect products for compliance.
