The role oversees the daily operations of the plating department, focusing on safety, production, and quality. It involves production planning and supervision of 12 staff members. The position is on a day shift, Monday through Thursday, with some hours on Friday, with flexible hours. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling and utilize personnel effectively.
• Maintain controls over plating chemicals and processes.
• Implement corrective actions for process optimization.
• Supervise activities related to electroplating, rack stripping, finishing, and inspection.
• Ensure proper training and tools are provided to personnel.
• Oversee quality system requirements and continuous improvement projects.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities.

Education and Experience
