Manufacturing Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager

Ashton North LLC is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager

About the Opportunity:

A well-established manufacturer with significant U.S. market share is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations in a specialized production department. This on-site leadership role supervises a team of 12, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 10-hour day shifts, with occasional Friday hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production schedules and staffing
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the department
• Monitor process controls and implement improvements as needed
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring training and compliance with procedures
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality system requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical or chemical-related fields ideal, but not required with strong experience)
• At least 2 years plating-related supervision experience in a manufacturing environment for Supervisor level
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in plating within a manufacturing environment for Manager level
• Minimum 2 years supervision experience in manufacturing for Supervisor role
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role for Manager role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and quality standards
• Ability to interpret technical documents and lead teams effectively

• Full-time, on-site role in a high-volume production facility
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work environment is active and loud; PPE provided
