Job summary

Autonomous Medical Devices Incorporated (AMDI), based in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a Production Supervisor to guide the transition from R&D to full-scale manufacturing on the 1st shift. You will coach on the factory floor and partner with assembly and production teams to drive daily output, quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, ISO-13485 environment, strong communication, and a track record of building high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations experience.
• 2+ years supervising production in manufacturing.
• Experience in ISO-13485 operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility with assembly staff and involve them in problem solving.
• Develop a high-performance work team with strong morale.
• Coach staff and manage performance.
• Review production schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure product quality via standard work and training.
• Implement lean processes and improve housekeeping.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain production records.
