Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day production operations at our Orange County site.

You will ensure safe, on-time manufacturing that meets quality and regulatory standards while developing and motivating the production team. Responsibilities include coaching staff on GMP and SOPs, coordinating with Planning and Supply Chain to optimize materials, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing operations; 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet schedules safely and to quality specs.
• Ensure FDA/ISO 13485 and GMP compliance.
• Lead and develop production associates; coach and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to optimize materials and inventory.
• Maintain production records and document deviations and maintenance activities.
• Promote Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
