RTX is seeking an onsite Manufacturing/Production Supervisor in Portsmouth, RI to lead a fast-paced production team. You will manage assemblers/technicians, drive safety, quality, cost and delivery objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications include a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, along with leadership and manufacturing expertise.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Supervisor, Leadership, Operations, Manufacturing, and/or Production experience.

Responsabilités

• Deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to measure progress.
• Identify root causes of hardware design, production capacity, quality and staffing issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Operate in multiple shop floor and MRP related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production capability/schedule.
