Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years of directly related production supervision experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers.
• Ensures the Safety of all employees by following and enforcing Safety requirements.
• Improve quality of product to customer requirements and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure that employees are qualified to operate manufacturing equipment and that cross-training plans are developed.
• Leads minor and supports complex continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure calibration and PM schedules are met.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for job completion.
• Directly supervises direct non-exempt employees and handles hiring, training, and appraisals.
• Follow ISO/IATF requirements, Lean principles, and good housekeeping.
