Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or quality systems role.
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) activities.
Assist with preparation and support of internal, external, and customer audits.
Track and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and quality system metrics.
Coordinate document control activities, including procedure updates and records retention.
Support and help coordinate quality-related training, including tracking and documentation.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding quality requirements.
Assist with inspection and testing as needed.
Participate in cross-functional quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support investigation and follow-up of customer quality issues.
Communicate quality system updates across departments.
Skills
Working knowledge of ISO and IATF quality system requirements
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to read, interpret, and apply procedures, standards, and customer requirements
Ability to write and update procedures, work instructions, and reports
