Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure products meet quality standards. You will drive safe, efficient workflows and mentor the team to sustain high performance across the manufacturing line.

You will support the Manufacturing Supervisor, monitor schedules, address issues quickly, and implement 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
• Support Manufacturing Supervisor and adjust assignments as needed.
• Ensure production processes follow safety standards and company policies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify downtime reductions.
• Maintain 5S practices and report equipment issues.
• Prepare production reports and coordinate with other departments.
