You will guide line balancing, time studies, SMED, root cause analysis, and coaching using skills matrices. Strong communication and industry knowledge are essential to drive safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings; write detailed reports.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
• Experience in Microsoft Office; knowledge in ERP, Time & Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment.
• Ensures effective performance evaluations and timely timecard inputs.
• Supports the Electrolux Management System and continuous improvement processes.
• Leads line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving; ensure labor map adherence.
• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
