Job summary

Electrolux Group North America in Springfield, TN, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to provide leadership to an assigned team and drive daily continuous improvements. You will focus on safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery while developing team members through coaching and a skills matrix.

Responsibilities include line balancing, SMED, time studies, problem solving, and adherence to labor mappings. Experience with ERP, OEE systems, and Spanish language are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports and well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis and prior experience in Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping or Robotics is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment, fostering open communication and dialogue.
• Ensures effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
• Supports the Electrolux Management System and implements continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
• Leads line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensures labor map adherence.
• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
