Creation Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Dallas to lead a production team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met.

You will manage staffing, monitor KPIs, collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to EHS policies. Prior leadership in manufacturing and a post-secondary diploma are preferred.

Competenze

• Education: Postsecondary degree in manufacturing, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2–3 years manufacturing with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, KPIs, labor planning, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with manufacturing systems, KPI tracking, data analysis, and problem-solving tools.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.

• Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Ensure adherence to operational and quality standards to maintain compliant production.
• Manage staffing, output, on-time delivery, and standard compliance within the area or shift.
• Resolve moderately complex production and personnel issues to maintain performance.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Communicate production performance, issues, and improvement plans to management.
• Directly manage production employees with coaching and accountability.
• Manage labor utilization, overtime, scrap, and rework to control costs.
• Promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace with EHS/S compliance.
