Corning Incorporated is seeking a front-line supervisor lead at the Winston-Salem facility to drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will manage a team of front-line supervisors and hourly associates, ensuring adherence to production plans and daily targets.

You will oversee staffing, overtime, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and maintenance to upgrade equipment and introduce new products, while developing talent and maintaining strong performance metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science (technical or business degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience with leadership progression.
• Direct people management experience with conflict resolution, coaching, active listening, and employee effectiveness.
• Experience developing, implementing, and driving results through critical manufacturing metrics (safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale).

Responsabilidades

• Drive results through manufacturing performance and daily/weekly/monthly production metrics.
• Manage department overtime and balance staffing to control cost.
• Maintain staffing model and improve labor efficiency through cross-training.
• Collaborate with planning to ensure proper execution of weekly/monthly production plans.
• Support equipment upgrades and new product introductions while meeting targets.
• Lead and supervise direct and indirect manufacturing teams with clear scorecards.
