Signicast is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct overall operations, ensure production objectives are met, and uphold quality standards and on-time delivery. Under the direction of the Lead Supervisor and General Manager, you will plan schedules, train staff, enforce ISO/TS procedures, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of training.
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings, shop orders, and schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS quality systems.
• Proficiency with computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety leader and promote safety in all responsibilities.
• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work to achieve production goals at cost and quality targets.
• Train employees in processes and methods to meet quality and ISO/TS standards.
• Participate in planning meetings and assist in hiring decisions.
• Enforce ISO/TS procedures and participate in planning.
• Plan maintenance to minimize downtime and improve production methods.
• Supervise Master Technicians and Manufacturing Technicians.
