Leviton is seeking a Production Supervisor in Saint Petersburg, FL to coordinate resources, supervise production scheduling, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of quality products. You will lead a team on the manufacturing floor, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a track record of supervising manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum four years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates the department within budgets for volume, scrap and labor.
• Investigates system and process problems; implements corrective actions.
• Manage parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule for machines/equipment.
