Job summary

SIG SAUER is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing to lead a diverse production team in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise 30+ direct employees, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate resources to meet production goals across shifts.

Required are 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in leading a team; GD&T knowledge and proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel are preferred. Direct ammunition experience is a plus, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of team leadership experience.
• Direct ammunition manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of GD&T and inspection practices.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30+ direct employees including Operators, Manufacturing Technicians, and Team Leads.
• Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and schedules to meet production goals.
• Improve safety awareness through inspections and training.
• Prepare production reports on output, downtime, and safety incidents.
• Communicate production status, challenges, and improvements to management.
