Qualifications

• :3+ years of related experience in manufacturing, including 1+ year leading a team.

• Direct ammunition manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of GD&T and inspection practices.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30+ direct employees including Operators, Technicians, and Team Leads.
• Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and schedules to meet production goals and demand.
• Prepare production reports on output, scrap rates, downtime, and safety incidents.
• Communicate production status and improvements to management.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and training needs.
