This position offers exposure to diverse technologies within our manufacturing processes, providing you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge in logistic flow. You will oversee the timely movement of parts and materials required for ongoing operations, maintenance activities, and engineering projects, ensuring that all stakeholders have what they need to meet production deadlines and quality standards. This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring inventory levels, processing requisitions, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of critical components. You will work closely with the planning and engineering teams to anticipate future material needs and proactively address any potential shortages or delays. Additionally, you will contribute to improving logistics workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions, ensuring maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness. As a vital link in the operational chain, your work will directly impact the success of the factory’s production and engineering goals.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Ensure Compliance and Operational Consistency: Execute daily tasks in alignment with company policies, safety standards, and procedures to maintain quality and regulatory adherence.
  • Monitor KPIs and Support Continuous Improvement: Participate in performance review meetings to track key metrics, identify trends, and propose process enhancements that support a zero‑breakdown culture.
  • Engage in Gemba Walks and Activity Planning: Conduct on-site observations to identify operational challenges and collaborate in planning meetings to align maintenance and engineering schedules with production goals.
  • Manage Resources and Inventory: Ensure availability of critical components, tools, and personnel for maintenance and projects. Regularly review safety stock levels to prevent shortages and maintain inventory reliability.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers and Register Critical Components: Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and assist in accurately identifying and registering essential equipment components.
  • Optimize Logistics and Communication: Identify inefficiencies in logistics and inventory processes, and improve coordination between maintenance, engineering, and suppliers to enhance overall operational efficiency.
What We Expect You to Bring
