Qualifications

• Four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Supervise ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specified products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
• Handles problems of moderate scope with defined procedures.
• Exercises judgment within policy to determine actions.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peers; communicates factual information.
• Provides direct supervision to professional and skilled/non-exempt employees.
