Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor II in the United States to lead day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, and cGMP-compliant operations in a high-speed plant.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure product quality, and support regulatory readiness. The role offers a base salary of $80,000-$100,000 with comprehensive health, retirement, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of advancing manufacturing leadership in a high-speed setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in technical, operations, or related field.
• Experience with injection molding or plastic manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, material management, and GMP compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and lean activities.
• Hire, coach, and assess direct reports; provide performance feedback and development plans.
• Review documentation for batch records and ensure on-time product release goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
