Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values to others.
• Professional communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction to meet department production objectives.
• Understand upstream and downstream departments for accurate communication and product flow.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback; coach and review performance.
• Drive employee engagement and communicate change effectively.
• Oversee training needs and training delivery.
• Address personnel issues promptly and equitably.
• Create and manage department work instructions and reports.
• Contribute data to staffing and capital planning.
• Support safety initiatives and uphold standards.
• Model SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
