KMC Stampings, a premier metal fabricator, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift in Port Washington, WI. You will lead a manufacturing team, plan schedules, and ensure quality while controlling costs. Train staff and drive continuous improvement within ISO 9001 standards.

The role emphasizes safe operations, hands-on training, and a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, offering growth within a long-established company in southeastern Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of related manufacturing experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, production schedules and procedures.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with inspection methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Supervise manufacturing team and daily operations.
• Plan and schedule production to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Directly supervise systems integration and related functions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 procedures.
• Recommend policies and drive process improvements.
• Address problems and support workers in problem-solving.
• Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment; ensure safety.
