Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–6 months of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and prints.
• Ability to input data into a computer and ERP system.
• Ability to interpret part prints and measure with basic metrology tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate Resistance Welders & Pemserter to meet standard production rates.
• Adhere to quality procedures and use metrology equipment to ensure parts meet specs.
• Assist in machine setup as needed.
• Record labor, inventory, and job data in the ERP system.
• Perform basic material handling using carts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain equipment via weekly preventative maintenance tasks.
