TREW is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team on the West Chester, OH shop floor. You will oversee the manufacturing process, ensure schedules and quality targets are met, and drive efficiency while maintaining a culture of safety.

The role requires 3–5 years in production with leadership exposure, strong problem-solving, and ERP familiarity, preferably with NetSuite. Join a team that values continuous improvement and collaboration on site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in production or manufacturing with leading responsibilities.
• Experience guiding teams on the shop floor and coordinating with other functions.
• Proficient in reading mechanical/electrical prints and using ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage production workers to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor processes, ensure targets are achieved, and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety.
• Coordinate with materials management to secure supplies for production.
• Develop staff through mentoring and training initiatives.
