Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in an assembly role in a manufacturing environment, with some supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
• Oversee and coordinate production processes, including planning and scheduling production runs, monitoring workflow, and adjusting as necessary.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and perform inspections and quality checks.
• Enforce safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction; implement efficiency strategies.
• Train and mentor production team members for development.
• Address production-related issues with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
• Maintain records of production processes, output, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with materials management to ensure adequate inventory for production.
• Communicate goals, targets, and progress to team and management.
• Generate reports on production output, efficiency, quality, and KPIs.
