Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor’s in Operations Management, and strong communication and problem‑solving skills to influence senior stakeholders and improve processes.

The Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and drive the Paint Department. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with leaders across departments to assist and shape the strategic direction of the organization. You’ll bring forward-thinking ideas, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellence, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise the activities of manufacturing personnel in the Paint department

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional strategic thinking, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Where and When You’ll Work:

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with occasional weekends

• Wage - $65,440 to 83,895 annually
