Job summary

Fellowes Brands in Itasca, IL seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Strategy & Engineering Programs to lead planning, development and execution of high-impact initiatives across manufacturing and production operations.

You will partner with plant leadership, engineering, supply chain and operations to drive throughput, cost, quality and capacity improvements, leveraging automation, digital tools and AI to enable long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8-10 years in project/program management in manufacturing.
• 5 years of product strategy/planning/execution preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives across global programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Develop and refine a forward-looking manufacturing roadmap.
• Expand capabilities by partnering with OEMs and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-department timelines and inputs.
• Evaluate and implement automation and AI solutions.
• Establish program governance and report to leadership.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Define KPIs to measure impact on production.
