Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Manufacturing Startup to lead the planning, execution, and launch of a new manufacturing facility for Data Center HVAC equipment. You will manage capital equipment installation, industrial engineering, staffing, first article builds, and readiness to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Customers to ensure safe, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years manufacturing project management experience.
• 5+ years supporting factory startup or major production launch initiatives.
• Experience with capital equipment implementation and manufacturing automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing startup activities from facility readiness through production launch.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve startup objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for startup readiness and operational excellence.
• Lead first article manufacturing builds and validation activities.
