Card Monroe is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to own assigned accounting processes, deliver accurate financial reporting, and deepen knowledge of manufacturing, project, and cost accounting. You will work independently to drive month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations while supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Public accounting or corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with an integrated ERP system; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills, including 10-key by touch.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly when decisions are needed.

Mansioni

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and month-end adjustments.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Complete month-end and year-end close activities on schedule.
• Maintain schedules and documentation for assigned accounts.
• Review transaction coding and highlight unresolved items for leadership.
• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports and analyze variances.
• Support inventory, fixed assets, prepaid, lease, project accounting.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Provide data to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with tax compliance and related filings as needed.
