• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and production operations.
• Proficient with Python, React, or similar modern development technologies.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with GitHub and project management tools (Azure DevOps or Jira).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
