Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Supervisory role on the Orlando, FL production floor. The candidate will oversee shift teams in concrete manufacturing, drive production goals, and ensure safe, quality output across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Concrete manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and withstand physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set production goals and expectations.
• Visually inspect and test machinery; set up and operate equipment.
• Listen for unusual sounds to detect malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance.
• Operate forklift as directed and adhere to safety policies.
• Inspect work in progress and finished product.
• Oversee the daily preventive maintenance program.
• Track and report inventory and parts usage.
• Analyze scorecards and day-shift production reports.
• Train, promote, and discipline employees.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and safety program is adhered to.
• Supervise department to meet quality and production standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
