The Hershey Company is seeking an Associate Manager Manufacturing Site Lead to oversee operations at the Semiworks facility in York, PA, and Tech Center activities in Hershey, PA. You will manage maintenance, production, and project work, directing budgeted staffing and procurement for ingredients and supplies to ensure on-time production.

You will champion safety and food safety, ensure allergen segregation, and coordinate with contractors and SAP reporting while guiding daily production

Competenze

• Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years in related field of work is desired; food processing/manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, sanitation, GMP and QA guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to plan, communicate, and operate with minimal oversight.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and 100 lbs. with assistance; comfortable with mechanical tasks.

Mansioni

• Oversee production supervision and coordinate daily labour in line with budget.
• Manage inventory checks and ensure material levels meet space and production needs.
• Direct workforce activities to maintain safety, GMP, and SOP compliance.
• Support Pilot Plant production planning and collaboration with R&D and Engineering.
• Provide safety and environmental support including OSHA reporting and training.
