Responsibilities

• Lead production employees and ensure safety and quality.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely production against schedules.
• Interface with internal teams to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor conformance to specifications through inspection and measurement.
• Identify best practices and drive improvements in the shift.
• Coordinate training with HR and schedule department training.
• Organize assembly department schedules per manager.
