Top Dog Recruiting represents a Fortune 500 global leader in designing and manufacturing advanced electronic instruments and electromechanical devices. The Business Segment Controller serves as the site finance lead and strategic partner to the business unit manager, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and working capital optimization are priorities. Travel is 10–15% for site visits and reviews.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing accounting and finance experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX 404.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Budgets & forecasts, analyzing revenue, profitability, expenses, and working capital.
• Monitor KPIs, improve productivity, reduce costs, and support product development.
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, physical counts, and excess and obsolete inventory reserves.
• Drive working capital improvements across accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and other operating accounts.
• Evaluate capital expenditures & prepare financial analyses, inc: NPV calculations.
• Compliance with US GAAP, SOX requirements, internal controls, & company policies.
• Support internal and external audits and divisional reporting requirements.
