Confidential Recruiting Partners seeks a Security Manager to lead physical security for a Fort Worth manufacturing site. You will oversee contract guards, manage access control, CCTV and alarm systems, and drive incident investigations with cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Facilities, HR, EHS and IT.

The role emphasizes risk-reduction, program development, and compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of security, law enforcement, security compliance, or related experience.
• Experience supporting security operations in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or similarly regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of access-control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, incident investigations and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract security personnel and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and security drills.
• Oversee daily physical security operations for a manufacturing facility.
• Monitor security vendor performance, compliance metrics and service levels.
• Prepare reports, security metrics, and incident documentation for leadership.
• Develop and maintain security programs, policies, procedures, and site standards.
• Conduct security assessments and implement measures to reduce operational risk.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities, HR, EHS, IT and local authorities on security matters.
• Administer access control, visitor management, CCTV, alarm monitoring and perimeter security.
• Lead investigations involving security incidents, theft, vandalism and workplace threats.
