Qualifications

• Proven experience leading security teams and supervising officers/guards.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage daily manufacturing-site security operations and lead security personnel.
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and escalation processes.
• Manage security technologies and alarm monitoring with the SOC.
• Develop and enforce physical security policies, post orders, and procedures.
• Implement robust access control and perimeter security across the facility.
• Oversee guard force performance, scheduling, and training verification.
• Support secure transportation of sensitive materials and goods.
