Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Site Supply Chain Manager to lead all supply chain activities at the manufacturing site in New Jersey. The role covers planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, logistics and customer fulfillment to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Min 15 years of Automotive or industrial manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Site-level ownership of planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics and customer delivery.
• Strong demand planning, MRP and S&OP/SIOP experience.
• Hands-on SAP planning and inventory expertise.
• Inventory optimization and material-shortage prevention.
• Experience supporting tooling-intensive manufacturing, ideally stamping, molding, plating or machining.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with Production, Operations, Engineering and Quality.
• Ability to lead a site SCM team and drive accountability.
• Based in, or reasonably commutable/relocatable to, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain activities at the manufacturing site, including planning and procurement.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics and customer fulfillment.
• Ensure uninterrupted production and on-time delivery through strong planning disciplines.
• Utilize SAP effectively to optimize supply chain processes.
• Align plans with production capacity, tooling condition and customer requirements.
• Drive end-to-end SCM accountability across site functions.
• Report to the Regional Supply Chain Head.
