Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to coordinate end-to-end site planning. You will guide planners, schedulers and planner-buyers and ensure feasibility against market demand and packaging constraints.

Role emphasizes RCCP across manufacturing, resource balancing and continuous improvement of planning processes. Prior DEA-regulated exposure and 3+ years in SAP/APO/ECC required.

Qualifications

• Known as a supply chain lead with end-to-end planning responsibilities.
• Experience in a DEA regulated controlled environment.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environments is beneficial.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP, APO and ECC.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of planners, schedulers and planner-buyers ensuring planning and execution of the end-to-end site supply plan.
• Support the review and development of the site supply plan(s) based on required demand from the market and packaging sites.
• Drive the RCCP across manufacturing ensuring that capacity and resources are balanced whilst enabling continual supply.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling of specific resources.
• Support the overall process for planning bids and tenders, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure feasibility against all known constraints.
• Support & lead projects focusing on improvement to supply chain planning processes.
• Participate in daily meetings with manufacturing, QA and other stakeholders to align on all planning activities.
• Supporting the reporting and management of key KPIs: demand adherence, schedule adherence and inventory
