Centro seeks a relationship-driven Sales Engineer to grow our business, support customer projects, and serve as a key link between customers and internal teams in a manufacturing environment. This full-time role blends technical sales, project management, and customer relationship management.

You will develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, travel to sites as needed, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Materials teams to deliver tailored

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support industry-leading customers, including brands such as John Deere, Caterpillar, Toro, and Bad Boy Mowers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and customer proposals.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Materials teams.
• Support new product launches, project management, and issue resolution.
• Conduct customer visits and provide technical guidance related to product design and manufacturing.
