Job summary

Silgan in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Safety and Training Coordinator to support employee training, workplace safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability at our manufacturing facility. You will coordinate training programs, conduct safety audits, investigate incidents, maintain compliance records, and partner with teams across the facility to promote a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.

You will work Monday–Friday with standard benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or workplace safety.
• Ability to design and implement training programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor training and safety programs.
• Coordinate online and in-person training and onboarding.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions.
• Maintain safety and training records and reports.
