With 3+ years in manufacturing safety and a solid grasp of OSHA regulations, you will collaborate with operations to reduce risks, monitor safety metrics, and contribute to continuous improvements in a full-time on-site North Carolina position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety, EHS, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• ASP, CSP, OSHA 30 or other safety certifications.
• 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Strong communication, training and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Lead new hire and ongoing safety training programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Track and report safety metrics and regulatory requirements.
• Support emergency preparedness, hazard mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to identify and eliminate workplace risks.
