Job summary

T1 Energy Inc. in Wilmer, Texas, seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead a fast-moving recruiting team for production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse roles at a 24/7 facility.

You will set sourcing strategy, forecast headcount with plant operations, and guide recruiters and coordinators to hire the right people on time. You will own end-to-end hiring processes, track metrics, and ensure EEOC compliance while partnering with HR and operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or manufacturing/industrial hiring.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing or leading a recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators for high-volume hiring across production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse roles at the Wilmer facility.
• Set sourcing strategy including job fairs, partnerships, agencies, and digital campaigns to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Plan team capacity, onboarding, and allocator recruiter resources to match requisition volume shifts.
• Set goals and monitor time-to-fill, offers accepted, and quality of hire; coach team members accordingly.
• Forecast headcount with plant operations to support production ramps and new shifts.
• Own end-to-end hiring processes, remove bottlenecks, and improve time-to-start.
• Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategy in real time with HR/plant leadership.
• Ensure EEOC and applicable laws compliance in hiring practices.
