Job summary

T1 Energy in Wilmer, Texas, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance for a 24/7 high-volume facility with 1,500+ assets. You will drive uptime, asset strategy, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in maintenance/reliability in manufacturing, strong CMMS experience, and credentials like CMRP, Lean Six Sigma, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation or related field.
CMRP certification preferred or equivalent experience.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement reliability strategies for 24/7 operations.
Lead CMMS optimization including preventive maintenance and data integrity.
Establish preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Advocate safety with strong LOTO governance and OSHA compliance.
Recruit, mentor, and develop supervisors, planners, and technicians.
Own KPI reporting (OEE, downtime, MTBF/MTTR, PM compliance).
Manage maintenance budget, spare parts, and capital expenditures.
Define spare parts strategy and optimize inventory levels.
Support installation and readiness of new production lines.
Collaborate with EHS, Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain.
