Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Full-time Manufacturing Trainer Recruiter to oversee and enhance the recruitment plan for our manufacturing facilities. The role collaborates with local technical colleges to support our sponsorship program and improve internal training practices.
