Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of about 25 manufacturing employees to meet production, quality, safety, and company objectives
• Coordinate daily work activities and assist with interpreting assembly drawings and machine setups
• Promote a strong Zero Harm safety culture within the department
• Establish and maintain workmanship and quality standards; investigate and correct nonconformances
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes and efficiency
• Support workforce planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Coach and develop employees to meet production demands
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping records
• Work with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor relations as needed
