Job summary

Openwork is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our manufacturing operations. The role involves accurate receipt, verification, and recording of inbound materials in the ERP system, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting production.

You’ll collaborate with purchasing, quality, and production teams in a fast-paced facility in Oklahoma City. Ideal candidates have at least two years of receiving experience, forklift certification, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, Oracle, SAP,

• Two years of receiving experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify counts against packing lists.
• Receive, document, and store parts in the ERP system.
• Match packing slips with purchase orders and update inventory records.
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, safe stockroom and assist quality compliance.
